Shipping
Shipping is calculated based on weight and postage zone. All calculated shipping is in accordance with the United States Postal Service Priority Mail charges for 2007. Please note that all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound up to a maximum of 10 pounds. Items or an accumulation of items weighing more than 10 pounds may incur a very high shipping charge. Depending on item or items involved, shipping cost may be recalculated and you will receive notification and an updated invoice prior to shipment of item or items. You must approve updated invoice via email or phone prior to shipping. “Zones” are calculated in accordance with USPS and are based from the origin of shipping, in this case The State of Texas.
We are unable to ship products or catalogs outside the continental U.S.
Returns
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by QBliss Shop Direct within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund.
